Terms of Service

1. Service Description

hirethequant is a data aggregation and algorithmic scoring platform operated by Matthews Cloud Solutions, Ltd Co ("MCS," "we," "us," or "our"). The platform collects publicly available market data from third-party data providers, applies proprietary scoring algorithms, and presents the results to subscribers as informational output.

All content produced by the platform (including but not limited to ticker scores, directional ratings, options analysis, earnings calendars, and signal rankings) is generated by automated algorithms and is provided for informational purposes only. No content on this platform is personalized to your financial situation, goals, risk tolerance, or investment history.

2. Not Investment Advice

hirethequant is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or securities analyst. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, option, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument.

All investment decisions are made solely by you. You are entirely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before executing any trade. The algorithmic scores and model outputs displayed on this platform are tools to inform your independent analysis, not substitutes for it.

Use of this platform does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship between you and MCS.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Algorithm outputs are model-generated scores derived from historical market data, third-party data feeds, and quantitative heuristics. Markets are inherently unpredictable. No scoring system, however sophisticated, can reliably predict future security prices, earnings outcomes, or options performance.

Past performance of any algorithm, score tier, or model signal does not indicate, guarantee, or imply future results. The platform may produce scores that are inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or based on data that contains errors from upstream providers. MCS makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of any output.

4. Subscription Terms

Access to the platform is provided on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• All sales are final. No refunds are issued on monthly subscriptions for any reason, including partial use of a billing period. Annual subscriptions are eligible only for the early exit conversion described below.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, as specified at checkout. Annual subscriptions are billed as a single charge covering twelve months of access. Monthly subscriptions renew each calendar month on the billing date.
• Annual early exit conversion. If you cancel an annual subscription before the end of its twelve-month term, you may request conversion to monthly billing instead of forfeiting the remainder. When you do: (a) each month of access already used, including the month in progress, is re-priced at the standard monthly rate for your plan at the time of purchase; (b) the amount you actually paid for the annual term, less that re-priced total, is refunded to your original payment method; and (c) your subscription converts to a standard monthly subscription effective from the month in progress, which then renews or can be cancelled like any monthly plan. If the re-priced monthly total equals or exceeds the amount you paid for the annual term, no refund is due and your annual access simply continues through the end of its term. Conversion requests are handled through support@hirethequant.com.
• Prices are subject to change at any time. Continued use of the platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• MCS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, algorithm, or tier of the platform with or without notice.

5. Acceptable Use

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the platform for your own private use. You agree that you will not:

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute access to the platform or its outputs.
• Share login credentials with any other person or entity.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform by automated means.
• Redistribute, republish, or incorporate platform outputs into any product or service offered to third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive the source code or algorithms underlying the platform.
• Use the platform in any manner that violates applicable law, regulation, or the rights of any third party.

MCS reserves the right to terminate your access immediately and without refund for any violation of these terms.

6. Data Sources

The platform aggregates data from third-party market data providers. MCS is not the original source of this data and does not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Market data may be delayed, subject to licensing restrictions, or temporarily unavailable due to provider outages.

MCS has no affiliation with and is not endorsed by those providers. Use of third-party data is subject to the respective provider terms of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MCS and its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses, realized or unrealized, arising from use of or reliance on platform outputs.
• Missed investment opportunities or opportunity costs.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Data errors, API outages, delayed data, or inaccuracies in third-party data feeds.
• Interruptions in platform availability due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or events outside our control.

In no event shall MCS's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages; in such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. MCS does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

Options and derivatives trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors. The platform may reference options strategies that carry the risk of total loss of premium paid. Nothing on this platform should be construed as guidance that any particular strategy is appropriate for your financial situation.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

You agree that any claim arising from your use of the platform must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or it is permanently barred.

10. Changes to These Terms

MCS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Operator

This platform is operated by Matthews Cloud Solutions, Ltd Co, a South Carolina limited liability company.
